CATALO Product Auto-Subscription Plan – Terms & Conditions
The CATALO “Product Auto-Subscription Plan” (hereinafter “the Plan”) is provided by Catalo Natural Health Science Limited (“CATALO” or “we”). By joining, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Plan Details and Subscription Cycle
1.1 The Plan is a 12-month auto-renewal subscription with one delivery per month (“Subscription Cycle”), totaling 12 cycles.
1.2 After your first successful order, the system records your “Subscription Start Date”. Future cycles are charged and shipped on the same date each month (or the last day of the month if the date doesn’t exist).
1.3 Each cycle delivers 1 box of your chosen product to your specified Hong Kong address with free shipping.
1.4 On the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th cycles, you will receive designated free gifts (details on the product page). Gifts missed due to early cancellation will not be reissued.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Price is fixed at the amount shown when you placed your first order.
2.2 Payment is automatically charged to the credit card used for the first order.
2.3 To change payment method, contact customer service at least 5 working days before the next deduction.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Minimum commitment: the first 2 cycles cannot be cancelled.
3.2 From the 3rd cycle onward, you may cancel future cycles at least 3 working days before the next deduction with no penalty.
3.3 To cancel: log into your CATALO account via the link in your order confirmation email, or contact customer service.
3.4 Once cancelled, no further charges or shipments will occur. Already-charged/shipped cycles are non-refundable.
4. Delivery
4.1 Free shipping on all subscription orders within Hong Kong.
4.2 Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after payment.
5. Gifts & Product Discontinuation
5.1 If a gift is out of stock, we will substitute it with an item of equal or higher value (notification whenever possible).
5.2 If the product is discontinued or unavailable long-term, we may end the Plan early after delivering the current cycle.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1 No unconditional refunds/exchanges. For quality issues (damage, spoilage, wrong item, etc.), contact us within 30 days for replacement or refund.
6.2 Non-quality-related returns are not accepted.
7. General Terms
7.1 We may update these terms; the latest version will be on our website. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
7.2 We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.
7.3 You agree to receive order updates and promotions. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in emails.
7.4 Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
7.5 CATALO reserves the final right of interpretation.
