Member Privilege
- Please present member ID (or mobile number) before payment to entitle membership offer and/or privilege.
- Membership offer is only valid at all CATALO Shops and Counters (with Health Ambassador) in Hong Kong.
- Member discount is based on each transaction and is not applicable on any special promotion items.
Renewal
- Membership can be renewed with HK$1,500 spending (single receipt) at all CATALO Shops or Counters (with Health Ambassador) within 60 days before membership expired.
General
- Members must register a correct and valid mobile number. Members must be the legitimate owner of the registered mobile number.
- Members must ensure that the information submitted on the registration form is authentic, accurate, complete, not misleading and without any elements of fraud.
- If members have changed their mobile number, members must inform CATALO immediately to update their contact information. CATALO take no responsibility for any undelivered SMS, push notifications or emails.
- Members should keep their membership numbers, mobile number and email addresses strictly confidential and secure.
- Members are fully responsible for any use of their accounts by any other person (including any third parties, whether used with or without the member’s authorization).
- CATALO shall has the right to request members to present a valid identification document in order to verify the member data shown on the members’ profile.
- CATALO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without any prior notice if members use accounts that belong to another person, or are found to be dishonest in their application for membership or exercise of member privileges.
- CATALO reserves the rights to change the related membership terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, CATALO reserves the right of final arbitration.
